IUS Partners has been created to give visibility, by establishing a permanent structure, to a team of lawyers and professional experts working together since decades in the legal field with a remarkable expertise in the consulting assistance in all Civil Law sectors both domestic and international.

Our experience is deeply grounded in the cultural and legal patrimony of the Roman Law (ius) from which most of the European legal systems had origin and, at the same time, many lawyers have post graduated expertise both in Italian and foreign Universities and are familiar with the Anglo-Saxon Law, having cooperated with prestigious foreign law firms as well as international and multinational companies.
The foreign clients who want to work in Italy may find a highly qualified and updated legal team able to understand mentality, customs and legal aspects of their national countries of origin and, accordingly, able to suggest the best strategies and operative structures in line with the Italian, International and European Law.
