The lawyers of IUS Partners, in the field of school law, provide assistance and legal advice to teachers, school administrators and administrative, technical and auxiliary staff (ATA) in relation to the disputes concerning the transfers of seats, disciplinary sanctions, recognition of pathologies contracted in the course of the employment relationship and to the invitations to deduct promoted by the Court of Auditors. They also provide assistance and legal advice to the Municipalities or Provinces that intend to challenge the school sizing plans prepared annually by the Regions before the administrative judge.
